Lower Hall

A smaller space that is great for parties, trade shows, workshops, fitness classes. The lower hall has it’s own bar/concession area, along with a full kitchen. This hall has direct access to our back patio area for a volleyball party in the summer, or a skating party in the winter!

• Capacity: 100 standing, 60 seated
• 1,600 sq ft
• Commercial Kitchen – can be rented separately
