We’re refining the West Elbow Communities Local Area Plan to provide direction on future redevelopment and reinvestment in this area and encourage you to participate in this important phase of engagement.

Your feedback will help inform where different types of new development and community improvements could be fit best in the West Elbow Communities: Altadore, Bankview, Cliff Bungalow, Elbow Park, Erlton, Garrison Woods, Lower Mount Royal, Mission, North Glenmore Park (north of Glenmore Trail SW), Richmond (east of Crowchild Trail SW), Rideau Park, Roxboro, Scarboro (east of Crowchild Trail SW), South Calgary, Sunalta, and Upper Mount Royal.

As part of Phase 3: REFINE, you can provide your input on:

1. Draft local area plan maps
2. Community improvements
3. Draft Heritage Guidelines

Share your thoughts from September 17 – October 15, 2024

• Provide your input online at calgary.ca/WestElbowPlan until October 15
• Check your mailbox for an engagement booklet or pick one up at an engagement booklet pick-up location starting the week of September 17. Each engagement booklet includes a feedback form that can be mailed in, and postage is pre-paid.
• Join a virtual or in-person engagement session.

In-person Session:

• Wednesday, October 2 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Marda Loop Communities Association (3130 16 St SW, Calgary  AB  T2T 4G7, Canada)
• Registration is not required; drop in any time between 6 – 8 p.m.

Virtual Sessions:

• Thursday, September 26 from 7 – 8:30 p.m. Registration required.
• Wednesday, October 9 from 7 – 8:30 p.m. Registration required.
