NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Marda Loop Communities Association (MLCA) will be held on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, at the Marda Loop Communities Association Upper Hall, 3130 – 16th St. SW, Calgary, Alberta commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda will include:
- Approval of the 2025 AGM Minutes
- President’s Report
- Review and acceptance of the 2025-2026 Audited Financial Statements
- Appointment of the Auditor for 2026-2027
- Standing Committee Reports
- Setting of Membership Fees
- Election of Officers and Directors
All residents and community members are welcome to attend.
To be entitled to vote at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing as of September 4, 2026.
