Article 2 – ‘Definition and Interpretation’- Changes: 

In this section, many definitions were added and some changes made to existing ones. For new items, it was found that several terms that were referenced in the bylaws were not defined here, so those were added. Other definitions were changed to either make the definition clearer or to remove any extraneous information.

New: Authorized Representative, AGM, Chairperson, Executive Committee, Meeting, Membership Fee, Officer, Special General Meeting,

The format was also changed to an alphabetized, numbered list.
